De'Shay Land has a love and a passion for performing art. She began her journey for performing at the young age of 2. Later on was accepted into the Performing Arts Magnet Program at Pebblebrook High School where she studied drama, vocal, and dance. De'Shay continued on with her studies when she was accepted into Miles College with a focus in music and minor in dance. Her drive and passion continues as she current helps to shape the next generation of young performers.
Adrianna Mentis is a passionate and dedicated education professional with over 15 years of experience in developing and managing structured training programs. Adrianna is committed to fostering a nurturing and enriching environment for students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
With a deep-rooted passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people, Adrianna is eager to bring her expertise, vision, and dedication to the role of Executive Director. She is excited about the opportunity to lead and inspire a new generation of learners through this innovative and impactful afterschool program!
